You can request a refund on non-sale items within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned within 14 days.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards, sale items, 'Surprise Me' leggings, made to order tops. As well as any items advising no returns in the description

On all other items you will be offered either a full refund of the cost of your item/s  back to your method of payment or a Credit Note refund

When you send back your item please ensure you have included your name, address and order reference number so that we can identify you, as well as confirmation if you would like a refund or a credit note.

​It is advisable to ask for proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for any lost parcels.

We cannot be held responsible for losses of items returned back to us using a non-tracked service.


Once we have received your items back, your refund will be issued within 14 days.


Please note that we do not offer exchanges and all return postage is paid for by the customer. 

If you need a different size this can be done via website, you will need return the existing order and place another order in another size.


Any discount codes used on the original order cannot be reused or transferred when returning items, a full refund for the value of the order will be issued but the code will no longer be valid.

If the items are received after 14 days, we cannot offer any refund. If you would like the items returned to you, you will need to pay the postage.


Items must be packaged in original bags.

If the items show signs of being worn, damaged through misuse, smell of smoke or animals, you will not be refunded.

If an item is returned to us from the post office due to not being collected by you, we are able to resend the goods but you will need to pay for postage.


If the item is faulty, we will of course offer a replacement (subject to stock)

Please inform us of any faults as soon as possible and within 28 days of receiving your items. No refund or exchange can be offered outside of this time as anything beyond that will be classed as general wear and tear.

If an item has been damaged by you and reported as faulty, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


LAP ACTIVEWEAR cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the consumer.

Your refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
